CFS Brands is seeking to hire an Account Executive II reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales at the Corporate location in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of prospective and existing accounts to achieve sales growth targets. Success depends heavily on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our order fulfillment, sale pipeline development, account planning & development and forecasting processes.


KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • Grow sales 10% per year across our strategic and key accounts
  • Leverage the CFS Brands Lean Business System to deliver on business targets
  • Become well versed in lean approaches and formal problem-solving methods
  • Execute account management responsibilities for accounts associate owns
  • Execute order management responsibilities for all accounts assigned
  • Systemically fix and eliminate all order holds against assigned customers
  • Manage order fulfillment process and fulfillment tracking and related issue resolution
  • Administer all pricing and credit processes for assigned customers
  • Ensure customer account set up properly in ERP, CRM and website to receive proper standard reporting, specific notifications and proper set up of website customer experience pages
  • Ensure all customers are transacting either across EDI or website for eight critical messages
  • Become expert resource to custom product wizards and project management related orders
  • Develop and implement clear account plans to achieve growth targets
  • Leverage commercial system to achieve identified growth targets: territory planning, account planning, pipeline build, opportunity assessment, opportunity planning, forecasting, RCCM
  • Maintain a cadence with accounts to review both performance and new opportunities
  • Achieve vitality targets for by leveraging commercial system across assigned accounts
  • Coordinate marketing and training activities in support of new products with assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and IT to develop sales analytics
  • Align all sales tool, process, analytics to sales CRM


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management roles
  • Experience in applying Lean based best practices preferred
  • Six sigma experience preferred

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

  • Up to 10% travel, in support of corporate initiatives.
